Read MoreAs the most recent addition to the Vespasian office, Ceyda joined the team as Finance Assistant towards the end of 2021. Currently studying Accounting at college, her position offers an opportunity to use these skills in a workplace, as well as gain experience with different accounting software.
With other previous roles in administration, Ceyda’s transferred her organisational skills, problem-solving and attention to detail to her position with Vespasian. Her responsibilities range from working to ensure wages, holiday and sickness pay are processed to working closely with a varied list of clients and venues to provide assistance with financial queries.
Although Ceyda was new to the private security sector, she has experience working at pubs and bars, both regionally and locally – and is excited to develop her work in an industry that she worked closely with during her time bartending.
Expecting to achieve her qualification in Accounting in the coming year, as well as her SIA Door Supervision Licence, Ceyda’s looking forward to continuing to grow her responsibilities within her position.

Glad to see some friendly faces. When security greet you with a smile and a friendly hello, it’s hard not to give back and treat them with respect. Starting exchanges on the right foot makes a difference. Glad to see a security team that give the impression that they’re on ‘our’ side.

Vespasian has been with us from the start and we work well together as a team. We meet regularly to discuss service provision and they are flexible enough to meet our changing needs. Their expertise and experience of the industry have been invaluable to us and to the success of our venue.
