What will the successful candidate be offered?
The successful candidate will be working directly with Vespasian Company Directors and Senior Management to ensure the delivery of an outstanding service by Vespasian team members at sites across a large portfolio of clients.
The role is to be an ambassador for Vespasian’s company culture not only within our operational team but also with our clients and the wider community. This demanding role will call upon the team member to not only work alongside operational teams, ensuring the highest quality of service provision but also to be part of the detailed project planning team, developing plans for a multitude of security and crowd management clients.
Vespasian deploy team members to a wide range of security sectors including retail, facilities management, health care, social care, night-time economy, crowd safety management as well as international consultancy. This will call upon the successful candidate to take on key roles within a multitude of operations including large scale crowd management teams at local regional, national and, at times, international events.
The role is varied as well as dynamic and it will call upon the candidate to show, not only great flexibility, but also determination and tenacity.
After the initial 3 month period the successful candidate will take charge of a portfolio of contracts to manage on a day-to-day basis.

Professional development and progression
The successful candidate will receive a budget to the value of 5% of their annual salary at their disposal. This is ring fenced to undertake additional professional qualifications. This budget renews annually.
Alongside this certificated learning, the candidate will shadow senior team members during major events, new contract set up protocols, incident response planning, facilities management security system planning as well as a wealth of other areas of the security industry.
